1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the td444 platform and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use the services in any way on td444, you are considered to have entered into a legally binding agreement with these Terms.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

By registering, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are using this service voluntarily. td444 may request proof of age if there is any doubt, and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if adequate proof is not provided.

Additionally, creating or using an account from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws applicable in your own country.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at td444 is ৳100. The following methods may be used to deposit into your account:

• Upay — Mobile Financial Service
• Bank Transfer — Major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

Deposits made by any method other than those listed above are not accepted. Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited — the name on the deposit source must match the name on the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in certain cases where additional verification is required, processing may take somewhat longer.

• Withdrawals will only be made through the same method used for the deposit (reverse withdrawal policy).
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be held pending verification.
• td444 reserves the right to reject any withdrawal if there is clear evidence of abuse of the system or policies.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance of ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance of ৳11,000 (bonus capped at ৳5,000)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount applies. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the designated time limit. If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus balance may be cancelled. Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations — contact the support team for specific details.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• More than one bonus may not be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all accounts being closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• td444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses are acceptable for personal entertainment purposes only.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The outcome of all bets and games on td444 is determined by impartial and verifiable algorithms. The platform actively works to ensure fair play.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except in certain special cases).
• If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, td444 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.
• For sports betting, if an event is partially or fully cancelled, td444's established rules will apply.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting any bug or error in the software or system is prohibited, and any winnings in such cases will be forfeited.

6.1 VIP Program

td444's VIP program has 5 tiers. Tiers are advanced through regular play, and the weekly cashback rate increases at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The specific terms of VIP benefits are subject to change, and members will be notified before revised terms take effect.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on td444. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Creating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward platform staff.
• Unauthorized use of td444's intellectual property.

td444 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• When required for financial security or the protection of other users.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, however any bonus balance that is not withdrawable will be cancelled.

12. Changes to Terms & Legal Provisions

td444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken to mean you have accepted the new terms.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. The applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.
